Welcome to AGDesigns2024! Thank you for your preference. We strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service to all of our clients. To provide the best experience possible, we would like to take the time to include valuable, transparent information regarding our policies.

Orders are processed based on a "Date Needed By" basis. We do not utilize a processing timeframe. All orders must be placed with a selected date. Orders can be expected to ship out approximately 7-10 days prior to your selected date. Currently we are booking for orders needed by NOVEMBER 2ND,2024 and beyond. Same week orders for customized items are not accepted. However, if you have an order needed before our booking date, please contact us via email or fill out a contact form at the bottom of our home page to inquire about a rush order. You must confirm our availability to accommodate a rush order prior to purchasing a rush order or expedited shipping add-on. Orders placed with a rush order add-on without confirming our availability will result in a cancellation.

Please note that we do not provide proofs for pre-designed products.
